Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting option), both from The University of Nairobi. He is a member of several professional organizations including ICPAK (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya), NBAA (National Board of Accountants and Auditors in Tanzania), and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). With over 20 years of work experience in financial reporting, auditing, and capacity building, he has gained valuable expertise from engagements in both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as the Executive Director at Orwa and Company Associates. Throughout his career, Caleb has held various significant roles as:

- Regional Accountant at FARM Africa, where he supervised over 10 project accountants within the East Africa region

His diverse experience has honed his skills in financial reporting and he remains both an active and practicing member of both ICPAK and ACCA. Additionally, he has taken on assignments in tax consultancy and financial management training across the continent. In 2020, he participated in the Africa Development Educator Program (ADE), further enhancing his qualifications and expertise in the field.

CPA Charles Dia
Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance Option). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K). With over 10 years of experience, his strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and capacity building; has earned him engagements with various organizations across both public and private sectors. Currently, he serves as an Associate at Orwa & Company Associates, where he contributes his skills and experience in matters finance, accounting, book keeping and generic business operations.
Throughout his career, Charles has worked in various sectors including hospitality and finance, gaining valuable insights into internal and external business processes. This makes his skillset indispensable in setting up systems, solving incomplete records, debt collection and developing working business solutions that are tailored to one’s business’ needs.

CPA Humphray Odongo
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from The University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) being an active member of ICPAK. Currently, he heads the Outsourced Bookkeeping and Accounting services department at the firm. With over nine years of experience in financial management, he has worked with both profit and not-for-profit organizations, SACCOS, and in public sector accounting.

CPA Dan Agengo
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance option) from Kenya College of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and an Associate member of ICPAK. He has amassed over seven years’ experience in financial reporting, financial statements’ analysis, management and budgeting in both profit and not for profit organizations.
He utilizes his expertise in both finance and operational management and has been pivotal in ensuring the firm’s clients are equipped with the necessary tools to meet aggressive sales and growth plans. He has experience with auditing financial institutions like banks and SACCOS.
He currently leads the Audit & Quality Control Department at Orwa & Company Associates overseeing audit planning, audit work review and general quality control in work output at the firm.

Ms. Naomi Marwa
Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Public Administration) from The University of Nairobi. She is an experienced and professional administrator with a wide understanding of various day-to-day office related tasks. She is welcoming and actively engages with clients, providing information and assistance where necessary. Additionally, she acts as a liaison between the various departments within our organization and manages our official communication and social media channels.
Currently, she is engaged as the organization’s Administrator & Social Media Manager providing essential support in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at Orwa & Company Associates. Whenever in need of any form of assistance, she is your go-to person.
Senior Auditor, Audit & Quality Control
Mr. Robert Mungai
He is specialized in both internal and external audit processes and procedures for organizations in corporate fields, NGOs, SMEs and Governmental Institutions. Furthermore, his focus on public accounting procedures and legal frameworks has enabled his invaluable contribution to that spectrum of our clientele base. Boasting an impressive career experience spanning over 20 years, his integral contribution to ensuring smooth workflow during our audit peak season cannot be overstated.
Key areas of specialization include but are not limited to; overall audit certification and quality control, audit progress reports and their interpretation, supervision of audit team members and final audit output review. Additionally, providing client support in review of their internal control systems, he helps in ensuring implementation of key pointers in management letter recommendations.

Ms. Jessica Ojwang
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance Option) from the University of Nairobi and is currently a CPA section 5 student at Royal Business School. She has amassed over 5 years’ experience in the industry and is our go-to expert matters tax related; more so on the KRA iTax system. She is also well versed in accounting software systems such as QuickBooks and Tally among other computer packages. Currently she manages our clienteles’ monthly statutory filings ranging from VAT to Payroll and maintains our head office accounts.
She also actively assists in general office daily tasks; working closely with the administrator in ensuring the smooth running of our head office.

Mr. Humphrey Omondi
He exhibits a solid background in matters accounting, financial reporting and generic business expenditure analysis. He is also well versed in use of various accounting software such as QuickBooks and Tally, being proficient with computer packages, operations and applications.
With more than 8 years’ experience in financial management and reporting, he is a vital staff member who ensures our client organizations’ books of accounts are well maintained.
Mr. Omondi is currently an Accountant under the book keeping department at the firm and also closely works hand in hand with the Tax consultancy and Audit departments.

Mr. James Omondi
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance Option) from The University of Nairobi. He closely engages local players at the county level to expand our clientele base in the region. Additionally, he is fully knowledgeable in general accounting practices, bookkeeping, budgeting and taxation with over 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager mostly in the healthcare industry.
He is also versatile and exhibits expertise in Audit & Quality Control, advisory roles management wise, debt collection and proficient in training practices for our clientele. He is currently engaged as the firm’s Branch Manager at our offices in Mbita, Homabay County managing every aspect of the operations at the local level.

Ms. Winnie Omondi
She holds a diploma in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). She has diverse experience in tax consultancy, bookkeeping, debt collection, generic business expenditure analysis and financial reporting. Additionally, she’s well equipped in the operation of various accounting software including QuickBooks and Tally. Her collaborative nature and dependability have seen her grow through our ranks to become an indispensable member of the team with over 3 years’ experience working closely with the training, tax, administrative and audit & quality control departments.

Mr. Brandon Odoyo
Holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Anthropology from The University of Nairobi. He is also a CPA Part 1 Certificate holder and plans to proceed to the Advanced Level. Additionally, he is a member of the Anthropology Association of Kenya (AAKe), in which he assisted in its formulation in 2020. He has amassed over 7 years’ experience in the accounting industry; being proficient in bookkeeping & accounting, audit & quality control, project management, digitization & record management and general business management practices. His knowledge in various accounting software such as QuickBooks and Odoo have proved him to be pivotal in implementing technological advancements in the industry. His contributions extend to our Advisory & Training Department, where he develops training manuals for both internal and external use.
He has gained valuable experience in various sectors working with trust organizations, media, professional associations and community-based organizations (CBOs). He is a socio-cultural anthropologist, working in research and analysis of work place cultures. He also works closely with the administrator in ensuring smooth operation at the head office and improvement of staff welfare programs. Currently, he is engaged as a cultural officer in the Human Resources Department at Orwa & Company Associates, contributing to the improvement of staff welfare.

Mr. Francis Owuor
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting Option) from Kenyatta University. He is a CPA Intermediate certificate holder and is currently advancing to the Advanced Level. One of his key strengths lies in his proficiency with financial software, particularly QuickBooks and Tally having trained at Sonek Data School.
He is a diligent and self-driven professional who currently serves as an Auditor at Orwa & Company Associates, in the Audit & Quality Control Department. In his role, he demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset, actively contributing to the auditing process and planning. He is also diligent in ensuring regulatory compliance requirements and identifying areas for improvement in clients’ financial systems.

Mr. Wilberforce Clay
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial science from Mount Kenya University (MKU). He is a self-driven professional who has acclimatized to knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting and audit. He is adept in training and assists in the development of training modules and manuals. He helps our clientele in effectively implementing these modular engagements, improving on their internal control systems. He is quite versed in various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally and Odoo.

Mr. Marcel Yongo
Holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science & Technology (JOOUST) and a Certified Public Accountant trainee, intermediate level. His attention to detail, competence and people skills have enabled his specialization in bookkeeping, tax advisory and audit. Also, he is knowledgeable in various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally and Odoo.
He has advanced his knowledge in generally accepted accounting principles and practices, making him an integral member in our Advisory & Training Department. He helps in review and development of training manuals which are implemented within the different sectors of the economy for our clientele. Ms. Moureen Awuor
Holds a diploma in Procurement from the Kenya Institute of Professional Studies. She is an organized, detail-oriented, timekeeper and self-motivated personal assistant with extensive office management experience. Her engagement spanning over 8 years, has enabled her to develop skills in inventory management of office sundries, record management and storage, digitization and additionally she manages office errands that ensure smooth and timely running of office tasks.

Ms. Annastasia Adhiambo Kaunda
She’s self-oriented in terms of her value systems and also an organized individual. She heads the general management of the office; being responsible for our library and its maintenance. Her experience in office management has proven vital, as she ensures the firm’s production unit is catered to in a timely manner, organizes the cleanliness of the office, ensures snacks are availed on time among other competencies. She is also manages in house data and is responsible for arrangement of office procurement processes and purchases. She is also involved in analysis of data that is used in information processing.
