Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting option) both from The University of Nairobi. He is a member of ICPAK, NBAA and ACCA. Caleb has over 20 years’ work experience in financial reporting, Auditing and capacity building from both the public and private sector engagements. Currently the Managing Partner at Orwa and Company Associates, Caleb has skills and experience spanning from the different engagements in different organizations namely; Country Head of Finance for Farm Africa Tanzania, Director- Finance and Administration at Think Business Ltd, Regional Accountant at FARM Africa – Supervising over 10 project accountants within the East Africa region, Chief Accountant at Kenya Association of Tour Operators – KATO amongst others. Caleb also served as the Financial Accountant of KTMT Ltd. He is widely skilled in financial reporting and an active and practicing member of ICPAK and ACCA. Caleb has taken assignments in Tax consultancy and Financial Management trainings across the continent. Caleb is also an ADE, Having trained in the Africa Development Educator Program in 2020
